I want some shirts made, do you print shirts for other people?
You bet! We offer commercial screen printing services on the side and can print almost anything. Feel free to contact us about your job anytime.
 
What is your minimum order for custom screen printing?
Minimum order is 24 pieces per-design, per-color ink color for most orders.  This means that if you want to print the same design in various ink colors, you must order at least 24 of each.  Orders with more complex prints may be subject to a higher piece minimums.
 
How much does it cost?
All jobs are unique and there are multiple variables to determine price: Quantity, shirt style, shirt color, and print colors.  Let us know if you're trying to work within a budget for a particular project. That way we can help to suggest affordable apparel choices, and any modifications to your artwork that will make the job more cost-effective.
 
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days. Turnaround time begins once we receive payment and all artwork and order details have been approved by the customer. Larger, more complex orders will often take a bit longer, and we will let you know that if you are placing an order that falls into that category.  We do take on rush orders at an additional cost when we are able to fit them into our schedule. We schedule all of our clients on a first-come, first-serve basis.
 
What time is your shop open?
Our hours vary depending on our workload every week.  There is usually someone in the shop between 9-ish and 5-ish on weekdays.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most forms of payment, however we charge an additional 3.5% to process credit cards and PayPal payments.
 
Do you do Returns/Exchanges for RISE apparel?
In general, unworn garments can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first before sending anything if you need to make an exchange and we can help you out. 
 
Do you ship orders overseas?

Yes we do. However, we are not responsible for your country's tariffs or acceptance policy. That will be your responsibility. Different countries have different policies, so it may be wise to look into how this works prior to placing an order. We have shipped many packages abroad and most of the time there are no issues. Please feel free to contact us before placing an order that is shipped over seas.
